Our warm and friendly staff is waiting to make your dream wedding day a reality. Be it an intimate gathering of 10 or a large celebration of 250, we are waiting to assist you with arranging this special day. Northwood weddings and receptions are held outdoors under the majestic redwoods.

Wedding Reception Menu Planning & Selection:

All food with the exception of your wedding cake must be catered from Northwood Restaurant. Please call for information on our sugested menus, which can be customized to fit your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions & Pricing Information:

This fee includes setting up tables & chairs; dressing table with linen, napkins, flatware, wine/champagne glasses; arranging the buffet service, setting up cake table and cake service: setting up gift table and all other preliminary work as required. Site fees vary and are based on the number of guests and selected area for use. You will find that our site fees are extremely affordable when compared to other facilities.

Base Site Fee: $2,000.00

Are there local photographers, florists, clergy, DJs or Musicians we can use?
Yes, we have a wealth of ministers, local churches, florists, photographers, and bakeries in the area that we can refer you to. We recommend that you make your own arrangements for music, but we will be happy to provide you with any names and numbers.

 

Is there a cost for linen?
White linen and napkins are included in the site fee, there is additional costs if you require a specific color or colors. Cost for colored linen and table skirting vary and actual costs can be provided upon request.

• Colored Linen per person: $2.00
• Skirting for Head Table: $40.00
• Skirting for Buffet Table: $75.00

 

Is there a charge for private bar?
Yes, an outside private bar can be set up for $175.00 and a 15% gratuity will be added to the bar total. We can also provide beer service at a cost of $175.00 for Domestic and $275.00 for Micro-Brew or Imported. There is also a corkage fee of $10.00 per each 750 ml bottle of wine opened.

 

What about room and table decorations?
We do not provide fresh flowers. However, we sometimes put silk flowers on the table if the bride doesn't have a specific theme in mind. Most wedding parties bring in favors and table decorations.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, if you want us to hold the date and site for your exclusive use, we require the base site fee. In the event you cancel, we will gladly refund 50% of the deposit. If we are able to book the date for another event, we will refund your entire deposit.

 

Can we dance outside?
Our grounds area is gravel covered and we strongly recommend you rent a dance floor. Depending on the size needed, the pricing ranges from $425.00 and up.

How long can we use the area?
This depends on the time of day and whether there are other functions on that same day. Typically, you can use your selected area for four to six hours.
